Calgary, AB – September 2, 2011 – Join Ï㽶´«Ã½ College’s Alberta wide open house on Wednesday, September 14^th from 4:00-7:00pm. Find out how we can help you make well-informed decision about your future career in Alberta and get a chance to win our social media contest.

At the open house, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Ï㽶´«Ã½ College’s industry-focused curriculum and decide which career training program is best suited to you! Job creation in Alberta has outpaced the national average over the last year. The business, legal, healthcare, and art and design sectors are expected to see even more growth in the coming months. Alberta is an attractive place for soon-to-be-graduates looking for thriving professional futures. Don’t miss your chance to be one of them!

Join us on Wednesday, September 14^th from 4:00-7:00pm at a Ï㽶´«Ã½ College campus near you - and spread the word through social media. Check-in to the Calgary City Centre, Calgary North, Edmonton City Centre, Lethbridge, or Lloydminster campus during the open house and share it with your friends. The first ten people to arrive at the open house and check into foursquare, post to Ï㽶´«Ã½ College’s Facebook page or send out a tweet will receive a free Ï㽶´«Ã½ College T-shirt. Everyone who signs in at the open house using social media will be entered to win the grand prize of a $100 iTunes gift card. 

How to enter the social media contest*:

Foursquare

1. Sign up with foursquare (foursquare.com) using your Facebook login info. You can also create account using your email.
2. Download foursquare application to your iPhone, Android or Blackberry phone for easy check-ins by going to
3. Link Foursquare to your Facebook and Twitter accounts to share your check-ins with friends.
4. Check-in to the Open House on Sept. 14, 2011 between 4:00-7:00pm and show it to someone on campus.

Facebook

1. Head to Ï㽶´«Ã½ College’s website on your smartphone.
2. Click on the link.
3. Sign in and post your arrival at the open house on CDI College’s Facebook page.
4. Show it to someone on campus as you arrive.

Twitter

1. Head to Ï㽶´«Ã½ College’s website on your smartphone.
2. Click on the link.
3. Sign in and post your arrival at the open house on Twitter by including @Ï㽶´«Ã½College in your tweet. You can also use the hashtag  #reevescollegeopenhouse
4. Show it to someone on campus as you arrive.
